Nicole is the best! She was literally an answer to our prayers. Our two prenatal appointments were very helpful and Nicole shared practical insights and resources. She took the time to get to know us and shared about herself as well which put us at ease. She helped us with our birth plan and showed us different pain management tools so we could practice them beforehand. Nicole was available and responded right away when I had questions. I was able to text and call her when I went into labour with questions around when I should head to the hospital. This was so helpful! It was so nice to be able to talk through what I was experiencing and bounce ideas off of her. Nicole met us at the hospital and stayed with me throughout my labour and until I was settled in the recovery room after delivery. Her calm presence was just what we needed in the delivery room. Her massage skills were so helpful and she was able to use counter pressure to give me relief during contractions. This allowed my husband to be more present with me which was such a gift. It was such a blessing to have Nicole by my side and on our team for the birth of our baby. I don’t know what we would have done without her! Even the nurses commented afterwards how much they appreciated Nicole. 10 out of 10, would recommend!

I have had Nicole as my massage therapist for a year and I am always impressed with how dedicated she is to make sure that  she gives special attention to the area that needs it most.   I have severe  shoulder and neck issues that cannot be addressed by surgery. I suffered with neck and shoulder pain for many years before I met her.  Her massage and joint work have made a huge difference in my ability to move and I have almost no pain.  She has improved my life. She is caring and understanding and I will continue my treatments with her .  I would certainly recommend her.

Nicole was a huge part of the most epic experience of our lives, and my husband and I were blessed to have her as our doula! As a mother of 3 (or should I put 4?!) herself, she brings her personal passion and experience to the incredible journey of pregnancy and birth, and gives important insight on everything you can expect (whether you're birthing at home or hospital). One of the best things about Nicole was that she's trained as an RMT and she was able to use massage as an effective tool throughout my labour which was incredibly helpful. Her hands are gold! She took turns assisting me with my husband, and as much as her role was dedicating herself to supporting me during this time, she was equally instrumental to him. When he was exhausted, she took over and let him take a much-needed break. And while her primary focus was on the big tasks - coaching me through contractions, body massage, physical support with one of her many effective tools, she also helped with small things like running out and getting us breakfast, keeping me hydrated by bringing me water, as well as just being that extra pair of helping hands you so badly need during this time. Whether at home or hospital, Nicole has this amazing ability to read the room and participate in the birth as a natural player amongst the rest of the birth team, playing her vital role as an advocate and incredible supporter. Our midwives even commented about how amazing she was! What I loved the most was that although Nicole's personality initially comes across calm and gentle (traits that you'll VERY much appreciate during labour!), she got really charged up when I needed it most - through each contraction and especially at the pushing stage, she coached me to go further than I even thought I could. She roared, growled, counted, and cheered me all the way, and I was able to have the vaginal birth I dreamt of (with a very large sized baby, I would add!). She advocated for me at the hospital and took our birth preferences really seriously, and just when my body felt like giving in, she pulled from one of the many useful tools in her toolbelt, kept gently steering me back to my birth preferences, and also reminded me of my own strength to pull through. I'm so happy that Nicole believed in me and she brought out my best, and I was able to avoid numerous medical interventions at the hospital thanks to her having my back! My husband and I are also professional photographers and videographers and Nicole impressed us by taking some very memorable photos of the most incredible day of our lives! She has a great eye and captured some epic moments, all while juggling the rest of her duties. As a bonus, she has an incredible personality -  my husband and everyone else loved the conversations they had amongst our little group. She's a genuinely warm and fun-loving human being, and for this and many of the above reasons, we have no doubt that we'll use her again in the future - she definitely feels like a member of our family now :)

I cannot express how grateful I am to have the birth experience I did and I wouldn’t of had that outcome without Nicole.  With Covid just starting during my pregnancy and being my first birth, all expectations went out the window and I truly had no idea where to start to prepare myself or seek support. All though Nicole didn’t always have immediate answers for me, if she didn’t, she knew how to get them and never once left me hanging even if it was just for the much needed emotional support, assurance and encouragement she provided. I will forever recommend Doula’s because of Nicole and will absolutely be using Nicole in any of my future pregnancies if possible. 10/10!

Nicole is a dear friend and has the kindest heart. I’ve recently been a recipient of her massage and wellness services, she was a constant support during my labour with Isla (doula), and happened to take some incredible photos for us (birth photography).

Professional, friendly, caring, relatable are all words I would use to describe Nicole.  She listens to my concerns and explains how and what she will do. She follows up on how I felt after each massage and tries different methods/ techniques for better results. I feel totally at ease in her capable hands.  The best part though is how good it feels in the moment!

Nicole has been an angel of mercy to me in my struggles with my physical health. Her healing touch is such a blessing! She pays attention to what my body is telling her more than any other practitioner I have found and is also respectful of my idiosyncrasies. I cannot recommend her enough!

I had a lower-backache that hindered my standing and walking. After the massage, it was no longer aching! This was the BEST solution - it gave me tremendous relief. I will book again for next week, to look after my legs too. Thank you for helping me.
